About the Role:

As a pharmacist with us, you will enjoy a varied and challenging workday where you will be responsible for leading, running, and further developing the pharmacy. Your main areas of responsibility include personnel management, result accountability, recruitment and training of staff, as well as sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Management and organization of the pharmacy's daily operations
• Personnel and result responsibility
• Recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
• Sales and marketing
• Mentorship and guidance for the team

Requirements:

• Norwegian license as a pharmacist (which you can apply for)
• Fluent knowledge of Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish
